Submission Guidelines for Abstract Proceeding
All submissions must meet the following guidelines to be considered for inclusion in the CARCI 2025 abstract proceeding.
General Guidelines
- Abstracts must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference, journal, or proceeding.
- Submissions must be written in clear, concise English.
- The abstract should summarize the research purpose, methodology, key findings, and significance.
- Each submission must include the title, author(s) information, and affiliation(s).
Abstract Format

Length:
- Maximum of 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

Font and Layout:
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
- Line spacing: Single.
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

Structure:
- Title: Bold and centered at the top of the page.
- Authors and Affiliations: List all authors with corresponding affiliations directly below the title. Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*) and include their email.
- Body: Organized into the following sections (no section headings are required):
- Background: Brief introduction to the research problem or context.
- Methods: Summary of the methodology or approach used.
- Results: Highlight key findings (can include brief quantitative or qualitative data).
- Conclusion: Statement on the significance and implications of the research.
Submission Process
- Format: Abstracts must be submitted in PDF or Word format.
- Submission Portal: Use the online submission system available at [Insert Link].
- Deadline: Ferbuary 24, 2025.
- Notification: Authors will be notified of acceptance within a week of submission.
Presentation Type
When submitting an abstract, indicate your preferred presentation format:
- Oral Presentation: For detailed discussions on completed research.
- Poster Presentation: For preliminary findings, concepts, or visual summaries.
Poster Guidelines:
- Poster Size: A0, (841mm x 1189mm)
- Template: Download
- Orientation: Portrait
- Font and Readability: Ensure fonts and visuals are clear from a distance of 1 meter.
- Content: Include the title, authors' names, affiliations, introduction, methods, results, conclusion, and any relevant figures or visuals.
